School-Aged Children Survey

The Idaho Council on Developmental Disabilities has created a short survey for ALL parents of school-aged children about including students with disabilities in the regular classroom. The information will be used to help us understand the perceptions parents have as we work on our goals for education. All responses will be confidential and no personal identification information will be collected, except as permitted by those who wish to share their contact information.
