• We are Having a Gallery Walk!   The campers would like to welcome you to our gallery walk of our fictional narratives on Thursday, May 23rd.  Our stories will be available to check out from 12:15 - 1:00.  Come on in and read our stories!
  
• Raising and Releasing Butterflies!  The Painted Lady butterflies are now in their chrysallis stage and they will hopefully be emerging soon!

• Reading Ideas!  Here are just a few ideas that might help spark the reading flame at your house!

1. Build your own word wall at your house with our sight words.
2. Play sight word bingo at home for family game night.
3. Partner read with your camper, where you take turns reading pages and model for your camper what a fluent reader sounds like.
4. Log on to www.starfall.com together and enjoy some educational reading technology time!
