Graduation

Parents, family members, friends, and staff are invited to attend the graduation ceremony for MDHS Class of 2025. Graduation for the Class of 2025 is Saturday, May 31, 2025, at 2:00 pm at Sabala Athletic Complex, weather dependent. The full schedule of graduation events is located on the MDHS Event Calendar and is subject to change.

In the case of separated households, students may contact their counselor and request additional seats for additional guardians in May.

Graduates will assemble in the bleachers at 1:15 pm to allow parents the opportunity to take a group picture. No professional photographer will be available.

Diplomas will be handed out to graduates immediately after the graduation ceremony.

If you believe your student still has funds left in their meal account, you can access MySchoolBucks for verification. Should you wish to request a refund, please reach out to Christie Grob, MDSD Director of Food Services, at cgrob@mdsd.org. Include your student's full name and your current mailing address in your email to Christie. 1. Get your locker checked by Mr. Kennedy.
2. Return any books/laptops/etc to the library and get a signature from Mrs. Sorensen.
3. Visit with Mr. Wheeler about where you want your transcripts sent and/or update him with your post-grad plans.
4. Visit with Mrs. Mack to pay-off any fines or fees you may have (such as lost books or class fees) and get your final signature.

You can complete these tasks in almost any order! The check-out forms will be in both the office and in the library so you can start wherever there is no line.

Cap and gowns MUST be ordered from Idaho Recognition Products prior to December 20. Students created their accounts on October 9 at a class meeting. Students in need of an account or assistance ordering should go to their counselor or visit the MDHS office if they do not know their MDHS student ID number.  Go to directgrad.com to place an order. Orders should be placed ASAP--any orders after December 20, 2024 will incur a $15 late fee!
